The delivery time all depends on the shipping fee, We use UPS and FedEx for all US clients and DHL for overseas clients. Overnight shipping typically takes within 24hrs to get to client from when we ship while flat rate shipping takes about 2-3 business days.

For any major changes please disregard the existing order and place a new one, if a payment has been sent and accepted before cancellation NO Changes can be made at this time
All orders that have been paid for cannot be cancelled. If an order has been placed and payment has not been sent, our system will automatically cancel this within 72 hours.
After your order is shipped we will add your tracking code to the order. You can access your tracking code from

- Orders
- Click on the corresponding order to see shipping / tracking information
When we receive and confirm your payment, your orders status will be updated and you will receive an email notifying you that your order is processing.
